Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible via info@estheticwaves.com or Instagram. We can help as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card and PayPal.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes! Payments are handled securely through Shopify, ensuring your details are always protected.
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via Sendcloud, using PostNL, DHL, DPD or the service point you select. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I choose a specific service point?
Yes! During checkout, you can select a service point using our Service Point Picker.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email with the exact status and estimated delivery date once your order is shipped.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes! If you wish to return an order, please send us an email at info@estheticwaves.com. You’ll receive a return label and instructions for sending your package back to a service point or post office.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please note, return shipping costs (€4,95) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund once the return has been processed.
Why do you charge for returns?
As a conscious brand, we aim to reduce unnecessary shipping and overproduction. Charging for returns helps us stay sustainable and mindful in the way we create and ship our pieces.

What materials are your jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, which is durable, resistant to tarnishing, and hypoallergenic. This means it’s gentle on the skin and safe for most people, even those with sensitive skin.
Are the items unique?
Yes! All of our clothing is upcycled and one-of-a-kind, so each purchase is truly unique. Because we work with recycled and secondhand materials, every item is slightly different.

We host sewing and jewelry workshops focused on upcycling, sustainable fashion, and DIY projects. Each session teaches you how to transform old fabric and materials into unique pieces.
Who can attend the workshops?
Everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required; our workshops are suitable for beginners and creative enthusiasts alike.
How can I book a workshop?
You can book directly via our website on the Workshops page, or contact us via info@estheticwaves.com or Instagram for group bookings.
What is included in the workshop?
All necessary materials and tools are provided, plus guidance from our instructors. You’ll leave with your own upcycled creation!
Can I bring my own supplies, like sewing machines or fabrics?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own materials! You can use your own sewing machine, fabrics, or tools alongside the ones we provide. Bringing your own supplies is optional; all essential materials and equipment are already available in the workshop.
How long do the workshops last?
Most workshops last between 2–3 hours, depending on the project. Specific durations are listed on each workshop page.
Can I cancel or reschedule my workshop?
Yes! Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel later, we may not be able to provide a refund.
Are workshops available for private groups or team events?
Absolutely! We welcome private bookings for groups, birthdays, or corporate events. Contact us via info@estheticwaves.comor Instagram to arrange a session.
