Orders

We carefully pack every order by hand. Because our products are unique and often handmade from recycled materials, each item is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly in appearance.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping methods & delivery times

We ship only within the Netherlands using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery time:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size/weight of your order.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Responsibility

Once an order leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to deliver it safely. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Need to return a product? Simply send us an email at info@estheticwaves.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs (€4,95) are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund once the return has been processed.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, return shipping will of course be fully covered.

Once we receive the return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot always be returned, this will be clearly stated before purchase when applicable.
