Welcome to Esthetic Waves. Everything here is handmade, reworked, or upcycled with care. These terms exist to keep things clear, fair and transparent, for you and for us.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Our products

We offer handmade and/or upcycled items, including jewelry, fabric accessories and clothing.

Because we work with recycled and secondhand materials, every item is slightly different. Small variations in colour, size, texture or finish are part of the design and the story of the piece, they are not flaws.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

5. Order confirmation

Your order becomes final once you receive a confirmation email from us.

6. Shipping

We ship orders as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies, or for issues resulting from incorrect address details.

7. Returns & right of withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

Items that are custom-made or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.

8. Complaints

If something isn’t right, please contact us by email within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. We’ll respond within 14 days.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, patterns, texts and images belong to Esthetic Waves. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

11. Force majeure

If we are unable to meet our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, technical issues or transport disruptions), we are not liable for resulting delays or cancellations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
